Restaurant Bistrot Forte Dei Marmi - Tuscany

Bistrot born in 1990, from the echoes of days gone by (60’/70′) in which it was a popular destination for VIPs attending the Versilia coast during the summer season, but his passion for good food comes from much earlier, Vaiani family in 1971, already owned the “TRE STELLE” restaurant, which proposed the simple dishes of the Versilia’s tradition.

Today’s Versilia is doing cooking school thanks to fresh products and quality and the indiscutibile class under the direction of David, still helped by the important contribution of his parents Pietro and Nadia.

The restaurant has two wood-fired ovens and an open kitchen, where menus of meat and fish are prepared with extreme care and refinement, which the staff will be happy to serve in the restaurant that can accommodate up to 140 people. The atmosphere of a “chic not binding“, ideal to enjoy an evening of tasteful, in one of its elegant rooms based on the colonial style terrace or in the cool summer dehors, listening to good jazz music.

The refinement and style are guaranteed by the underground wine cellar of 80 square meters which holds an interesting secret, a vault in stone, enclosed by a wall of glass, which contains a collection of international wines like the best French champagne, of which you can not only enjoy the taste, but also its beauty, reserving the exclusive private dining room.
